Boston Consulting Group Matrix (BCG)

According to the information obtained from the matrix, our organization is located in the Quadrant I (Question Marks). It means that we have a low relative market share position but we compete in a high-growth industry. In order to improve our market share and sales, we have to implement intensive strategies (market penetration, market development, or product development).  

Because of our low budget, we can’t implement market development or product development in this moment (probably later). In order to improve and according to our budget's availability, we decided to implement the market penetration strategy by:

1. Develop online advertisements in order to let the customers know about our product, so we can increase our sales and take advantage of the trends. For this strategy, we will be using Google AdWord which is an affordable tool for us.

2. Raise awarness of the ennvironment and teach our customers about how to live a health lifestly, through our websites.

3. Keep the communication with our customers by sending them surveys and special offers for their loyalty.

4. Promote campaigns in our social networks and webpagage promoting the use of the personal bottle in order to protect the environment.

5. Motivate our employees by giving them bonuses (money, free days, etc..) for every goal achieved. 

6. Develop an easy to use, comprehensible and guided webpage in order to facilitate our customers' purchases, dealings and communication with us.
