There is a program called “Interpaciolo” with a value of $1800.000 + VAT allowing bookkeeping, inventory control, purchasing and sales, the best selling product, the place with more sales, written reports, and throws statistics (charts, graphs and checks) necessary to analyze market in order to know the customers purchase patterns so the company can improve in the disadvantages or know how to manage the advertisement of it. The program also features password so only the responsible person can enter, in the case of BottleFit is the Marketing Manager and the General Manager.
All the management information is collected and evaluated every day. In BottleFit one manager that is in charge of the marketing part, also has the labor of supervise the management information system and to give solutions or opinions to the general manager for taking a final decision. BottleFit has in mind the sales of the competitors for taking decisions too.
