The Resource - Based View (RBV) approach to competitive advantage contends that internal resource are more important for a form than external factors in achieving and sustaining competitive advantage. It contends that internal performance will primarly be determined by:
Physical Resources:
In BottleFit we don't have a location or place to sell our products, all our sales and marketing are online in a well disigned webpage with good facilities to offer our products, take a look to the descriptions, purchase, and keep a good communication with our customers.
Human Resources:
In terms of human resources, in BottleFit we have a General Manger, a Commercial Manager, a Marketing Manager, External Accountant and a Technology Assistant in oirder to keep our organization working well and be able to solve the different scenarios that may arise.
Organizational Resources:
In BottleFit we count with a good organizational structure in order to know the herarchical levels of the organization, who reports to whom, and keep a good communication between the members of the organization. Also, each job has a job template with it's description so everybody knows it's labor.
