Process: Decisions of technology, process flow analysis, process control, transportation and others related to design and processes will be taken by the commercial and general manager in order to facilitate every function to have a good performance.

 

Capacity: The general manager will be in charge of taking those decisions in company of the commercial and marketing managers. Products will be sold online which means there will be a facility by keeping them on the manager’s home.  Also these decisions will be taken according to reports received weekly and monthly about productivity levels.

Workforce: As the company is growing, the general manager will be the one who takes the decisions related to employees and workforce.
