Planning consists of all those managerial activities related to preparing for the future. Specific tasks include forecasting, establishing objectives, devising strategies, developing policies, and setting goals.

 

Objectives:

 

Long-term objectives:

  • By 2020 to be able to sell our products in different countries of Latin America.

  • In five years to be recognized as one of the most important bottles sellers in Colombia.

  • By 2021 to be recognized with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

  • In three years to have our own store.

 

Short-term objectives:

  • To be able to fulfill the budgets proposed for the different periods of time. (Months and year).

  • To make the difference in terms of environmental protection.

  • To increase our amount of followers and impact in the social media.

  • To be recognized in our market and to keep our customers loyalty.

  • To keep our website actualized and in well-working.

  • To have a good communication with our customers and provide good solutions in every situation. (Purchase, delivery, etc.)

  • To assure the quality on the delivery of our products in order to guarantee our customers’ satisfaction.

 

Strategies:

  • To have actualized information about the different trends so we can improve our social media’s content and production.

  • To analyze the market in order to know the customers’ purchase patterns so we can improve or change our products and our advertisement.

  • To keep our customer’s loyalty by offering to them different advantages or privileges.

  • To have a good connection/communication with our providers and delivers in order to give a good quality product and on-time delivery.

 

Policies:

  • Our employees must be prepared for any kind of situation that comes upon either the purchase or the delivery of our products.

  • Our employees must have a good attitude toward customers’ requirements.

  • Every member of our organization must have an updated information in terms of customers, trends, products, services, etc.

Motivating:

In BottleFit we think that the work is better done when everyone is motivated and love what they do, that’s why we thought in some ideas in order to keep our employees motivated.

 

  • Based on their work, give them some extra-vacations days.

  • Provide our products to our employees in order to create a senses of ownership.

  • Flexibility regarding personal situations that may arise.

  • Create a work environment where the creativity flows, where the ideas are taken into account.

  • Take into account our employees special dates (for example, their birthdays), so we can celebrate them or the employee can take a free day.

  • Celebration for the goals achieved.

  • Our employees can work in different places than the office.

  • The General Manager is open to new ideas, to the constructive critics, and it has and stretch relationship with its subordinates.

 

Staffing:

 

In Bottlefit the hiring is something that we measure according to the abilities and skills of people and what they can provide to our company in many different terms . Generally we need people who are already prepared to work and easily accommodate to the diffenrent jobs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Controlling

 

In order to accomplish the objectives of the company a great tool to succeed is to be constantly controlling and evaluating the different activities to see their development and to asses that everything is working according to the mission, vision and objectives of the company.

In our company the main control we are going to apply is:

 

1-Cash count (weekly, in other to check if all the money is complete and make the balance)

2-Control in stock (weekly, to see if there are bottlers missing, and to be aware of how much stock do we have left)

3-Evaluating if the employers are accomplishing their entire task and their development.

4-Satisfaction surveys (In other to valuate the costumers experience shopping, there satisfaction with bottle fit product, and their opinions)

5-Rate of grow in sales (to see how is the tendency in the bottle fit sales, and evaluate how they are compare to the ones projected by the company).

 

 

 

Social Networking
